Terms and conditions


Stall hire


    Stall hire is £20.00 and this includes one table and at least one chair. The size of the table will be approximately 5ft x 2ft3ins.

We have a limited number of 6ft x 2ft3in tables priced at £25.00. Please state when booking which you would like.

    All stalls will be located indoors.

    Stallholders will be admitted to the sale room no more than one hour before the fair begins and must set up in this time and be ready when the fair is opened. Please bring a tablecloth to cover your stall. This adds to the presentation and enhances your goods desirability.  (Please see our tips and suggestions section)

    Fair staff will book you in and be available before and during the fair for any assistance required.

    Your display should be dismantled and your area clear of rubbish 30 minutes after the end of the fair.

    Please take bulky rubbish away with you.

    Stall allocation will be on a first come first served basis.  However, we will ensure an even mix of stalls to give a good shopping experience for both our buyers and sellers.

    If spaces are sold out you be added to the next sale list and you will be considered our priority if desired.

    Stall payment to be made by BACS (bank account details will be sent on confirmation of stall place) / Paypal or by cheque. Payment to be received within 7 days of stall confirmation.  Our address is:

    Stall holder fees are non-refundable.

    By paying your fee you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of ME Craft Markets.

    We recommend that stallholders have their own public liability insurance. (Public Liability Insurance is mandatory for all Skin Care/Cosmetic Stall Holders). Stall holders insurance can be obtained easily online. Please contact us if you need advice on stallholder insurance.


Goods for sale


    A high percentage of goods offered for sale must be handcrafted. We may ask for them to be removed if this is not the case.



Terms and conditions for business stallholders



    All business stalls must have their own public liability insurance. A copy must be emailed to us at least 48 hours before fair.

    All business stalls must trade legally and comply with all laws relating to running a business.

    Please note: children's toys must be CE Certified and dummy clips and small part items for children must not be sold.



Advertising the fair


    We will carry out an extensive advertising campaign. Leaflet delivery in the local area, local press advertising, local business advertising and forms of social media are used regularly in the lead up to the event.

    Our campaign will be stepped up in the lead up to the fair and the week commencing we will be ‘on the streets’ advertising our fair presence.

    We will be giving out ‘treat bags’ to the first 50 people through the doors when the sale opens. These will contain advertising of stall holders, local business and a treat!





    Security of the stall,  its contents and monies taken are the stallholders responsibility. Please ensure your personal items are secure within your pitch.

    Stallholders are responsible for the safety of their stall and items sold.

    ME CRAFT MARKETS accept no responsibility for loss, damage or theft.

    Before a fair begins, a member of the ME team will survey each stall to ensure safety of set up to avoid accident.

    All items are sold and purchased at the individuals own risk and all persons enter the sale room at their own risk.
